Kurt Martin is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, 2003. Mr. Martin received his BA degree summa cum laude in Social Science and History at State University of New York, Buffalo. His practice areas include DUI defense, misdemeanor and felony defense, employment law, landlord-tenant, collections litigation and contract disputes. Kurt has worked with the District Attorney offices of Gwinnett County and Coffee County, Georgia. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Kurt has significant felony prosecution and trial experience. He now represents individuals and businesses in litigation in or out of a courtroom. He is licensed in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and practices in all levels of Georgia’s courts, from Municipal and Recorders’ courts, Probate Court, Magistrate Court, State Court, Superior Court, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
